A Day on the Boat and Power Outage

        Hello again! It's Ella! Today, we went on a fun adventure on a boat! We rented a speed boat in Atrani (the town we are staying in) and went up the Amalfi Coast. First, we swam and snorkeled for a while. It's amazing how clear the water was! There were a lot of small fish but not as many big fish. Maybe when we get to Croatia, we'll be able to see some bigger ones! Anyway, the water was such a pretty color blue! After we went swimming, we went to Positatno. We took the water taxi in from our boat which was really cool! Then, we went shopping and got gelato and a lemon slush! Mmmmmm! On our way back to the boat, I bought a new shirt that was really cute.😜 We went back to our boat and went swimming for a little while. Then, we came back through the town square and bought a bunch of stuff to make dinner and groceries. Once we were back at our place, we took time to clean it up. We did laundry, mopped, and made beds. Stuff like that.😁 My mom and I were going to make pasta with tomato sauce and bruschetta but when I turned on the oven to put the bruschetta, the power went out. Our Airbnb neighbors helped us but we still had to call Rosella, the girl who manages the place) She and her husband came to help us. Turns out the oven was broke but that was a totally different issue! We have to be better about turning things off and not plugging in a thousand things. 😬😂 In the end, I used the toaster  to make the bruschetta, and my mom was still able to make the amazing pasta and tomato sauce! Yummmmm! We ate dinner out on the roof. It looks over Atrani! So cool!😎
